Terms and Conditions

Imporntant notice: Please check that the wheels fit the vehicle BEFORE fitting the tyres as we can not accept returned wheels once tyres have been fitted.

Please inform fitters and other personnel before fitting tyres to check: -
1. Wheels are correctly supplied stud fitting for the vehicle and any relevant nuts/studs/bolts or locating spigot rings are correct in relation to both vehicle and wheel.
2. Please check wheel on vehicle to ensure it clears both brake and suspension parts and rotates freely on both front and rear hubs.
3. Carry out visual lock to lock check to ensure full bodywork clearance.

Returns
In the unlikely event that goods need to be returned please either email us at sales@unrealwheels.com Please note that all orders are required to be checked on delivery, if there are any visible signs of damage this must be noted by you and the delivery driver, and advise us immediately. This may mean unpacking the goods before the driver leaves. No claim can be accepted for deliveries that have not been checked and signed for as in good condition, or for deliveries that are signed for as unchecked.
